I got the Walabot DIY 2 about two weeks ago. Ordering was easy on their site. It shipped pretty quick, took 6 days to get here in Texas. The device itself is really useful, the app was simple to set up on my phone. It detected studs and wires accurately behind drywall in an older house, which traditional stud finders sometimes struggle with. I haven't needed customer support, so can't speak to that. The image quality is clear enough to make sense of what's inside the wall. Overall, a solid purchase and it performs as described.
